Broker of the year for 2007. Clint is a member of the International Business
Broker Association (IBBA) and has been licensed as a Certified Business Intermediary
(CBI). Prior to joining St. Louis Group Clint owned a number of businesses and,
while in the corporate world, facilitated mergers and acquisitions within a Fortune
500 company. Clint’s experience began with Bachelors of Business Administration –
Accounting with the University of Texas at Austin and Clint also passed the CPA exam.

David Jones
David holds a Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
and has a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology. David has
a strong background in organizational and strategy development,
training design and development, and operations consultation.
For the past 13 years, David has utilized all of his skills in
both corporate and small business settings. Currently David is
the owner of two businesses. One is a small business development
consulting firm that specializes in helping business owners
standardize, document, and measure their business processes. The
other is an IT systems consulting firm that specializes in
providing IT-related resources and solutions for large-scale
software implementations and changes. |

Dave's background in business began as a child, growing up in a family that owned, operated,
and sold several businesses during the 1950's and 1960's. Just by being present while his
parents discussed everyday issues; they managed concerning employees, customers, suppliers,
and money that gave Dave first hand knowledge of business that most people don't have an
opportunity to experience. After receiving a degree in electronics, Dave joined IBM in their
Research and Product Development Center in New York and then AT&T Engineering Department in
St. Louis for several years before starting his own business that he managed for 20 years.
During that time, Dave employed between 20 to 40 people with a lot of them being long time
employees. Dave has been with Saint Louis Group Sunbelt since 1998, along with Dave's success
with the company he has received many letters of appreciation from the people he has helped
over his years as a business broker. |

Tony Bradley has over 35 years experience of owning
his own businesses. Following business school and college, Tony held several
management positions with General Motors including District Manager of Midwest
Area IV Division. His extensive experience in the automotive industry, includes
owning and operating several New and Used automobile dealerships, as well as
serving on the Board of the State Auto Association. Tony has also owned and
managed several information and communication companies that developed innovative
marketing channels for the automotive and other industries. He also holds several
patents in the automotive and technology fields that are currently utilized by major
