2.    Value Analysis: Perfect for businesses with sales under $1 million, a Value Analysis report focuses on historical and current performance. Value Analysis Fee: $1,500.

3.    Formal Valuation: A longer report suitable for businesses with sales between $1 million and $5 million. This formal valuation emphasizes ratios, trends, Company earnings, common size analysis, and balance sheets. Formal Valuation Fee: $4,000.

4.    Mergers and Acquisitions (M & A) Value: Please contact us for this highly comprehensive customized valuation.

Similar to a business plan, the Business Review writes and assesses the following for your business: company history, marketing, operations, personnel, facilities, asset list, valuation, financials, tax returns. Business Review Fee: Starting at $3,000.
